Tarkop Profit Manager Pro extends the Free version with full profit tracking for WooCommerce.
While the Free version shows gross profit based on revenue and product cost, Pro goes further and calculates your real net profit by including payment gateway fees, shipping, packaging, customs, refunds, advertising, recurring expenses, VAT-related data, and other operating costs.
With Pro, you can analyze profitability by product, order, category, customer, and country, track inventory value, monitor low-margin and loss-making sales, simulate prices, calculate target-margin pricing, export advanced reports, and work with multiple currencies.
Historical cost snapshots help keep old orders accurate even when your current costs change, while cost profiles automatically apply additional expenses to new orders based on payment method, shipping method, country, and currency.

Install the Free Plugin
Install and activate Tarkop Profit Manager for WooCommerce from WordPress.org. The Pro version works as an add-on to the Free plugin.

Install Profit Manager Pro
Upload the Pro ZIP file in Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, then install and activate it.

Activate Your License
Enter your Pro license key to enable updates and access all premium features.

Configure Your Costs
Set up payment fees, shipping, packaging, recurring expenses, VAT settings, and cost profiles. Profit Manager Pro will then start calculating your real net profit.

What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free shows your gross profit based on revenue and product cost. Pro calculates your real net profit by also including payment fees, shipping, packaging, refunds, advertising, recurring expenses, VAT-related data, and other operating costs.
Does the Pro version require the Free plugin?
Yes. Tarkop Profit Manager Pro works as an add-on and requires the Free version to be installed and active.
Will I lose my data if I deactivate Pro?
No. Deactivating Pro does not delete your data. Your cost profiles, expenses, order snapshots, exchange-rate data, and settings remain stored.
Does Pro keep historical costs?
Yes. Product costs and additional order costs are stored as historical snapshots, so changing current costs later does not rewrite the profitability of older orders.
Can I include payment gateway fees?
Yes. You can create cost profiles for payment gateways and apply percentage-based and fixed fees automatically.
Can I include shipping, packaging, and customs costs?
Yes. Pro supports shipping costs, packaging costs, customs costs, and other additional order-level expenses.
Can I add monthly or recurring business expenses?
Yes. You can add recurring expenses such as software subscriptions, advertising, accounting, hosting, rent, or other operating costs.
Does the plugin calculate VAT?
Pro can track VAT collected, VAT refunded, deductible input VAT, and estimated VAT payable. VAT is handled separately to avoid counting it twice as an expense.
Does Pro support refunds?
Yes. Full and partial refunds are included in profitability calculations.
Can I see which products are actually profitable?
Yes. Pro includes reports for products, orders, categories, customers, and countries, plus low-margin products and loss-making orders.
